The Society meets four times a year. Our Winter Gathering is early in the year and just for members to meet up and talk about what we did over the winter. Our other three meetings involve visiting bridges and other nearby historical sites, as well as voting and discussing Society business.
The 2021 meeting sites have been determined and the dates are now set. As more information becomes available, it will be added below.

Summer Meeting of the ICBS
Our Summer tour will be July 17th and 18th, 2021 in Decatur and Jennings County. The meeting will be hosted by Greg and Teresa McDuffee. More details will be posted when they are finalized.
Dinner on the Medora Covered Bridge
This year's "Dinner on the Medora Covered Bridge" will be on August 7th, 2021 at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $25 per person. The menu consists of Roat Beef and Ham, Scalloped potatoes, Green Beans, 2 kinds of salad, Homemade pies, and rolls. The drinks are Lemonade, Iced Tea, and water. More information is available on the Medora Covered Bridge website. ICBS will be selling our Society's merchandise before and after the dinner.
Dinner on the Spencerville Covered Bridge
This year's "Supper on the Bridge" will be on August 21, 2021. There are two times - 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Tickets are $35 per person. All persons attending must be over 18 years old. For more information, please visit the Spencerville Indiana website or use this form to place your ticket order.
The National Society for the Preservation of Covered Bridges National Safari
The National Society's Safari this year will be in Parke & Putnam County, Indiana. It will be hosted by our Society. It is a three day event from September 18th to the 20th, 2021. For more details, please see the reservation form. This will also be our Fall Meeting as well.
